Do you remember that initial spark—the moment you woke up to your purpose? Where you suddenly felt alive, ready to take on the world?

Southeast Church of the Nazarene is a diverse congregation in Tallmadge, Ohio where we help to fan that spark into a flame. We keep Jesus first here, worship God passionately, and turn to the Bible for practical wisdom to apply to our everyday life.

We’re also here to give God and each other our very best. Southeast Church believes that we are called to build up the Kingdom of God here on earth as it is in Heaven. That’s why we refer to ourselves as Kingdom Builders. The Kingdom is not only for the distant future, but for the here and now. We are to live as the royal image bearers we are. Our job is to demonstrate the character of God to our families, jobs, and communities. We mirror God best and truly become Kingdom Builders when we learn to pray effectively and efficiently, study the Word prudently, worship passionately, and serve the community of faith and those outside our doors with courage and unselfish love.
